It's the not the first time it happens, apparently "Yizzy" has beeen sued in the past by other artist for sampling particular hooks and slings of thier original songs.
Mr. West's record label Roc-A-Fella claims to have paid licensing fees for the usage of songs from artist such as Eddie Bo. According to Bo's record label, Roc-A-Fella lacked the writen consesnt that binds together the agreement between the two labels.
It is perfectly clear that Kanye West lacks no originality, instead he is actually doing these artist a favor by not allowing their music to go completely extinct. Up until today, I had no clue who Eddie Bo was!
All Kanye is attempting to do is be creative in his music, by graving a small piece of the past and making it dated and hip.
Maybe these artist should cut kanye a check, for actually listening to their music!
